Conversational design

As part of a course on Conversational Design, I created JingleBot 3000, a festive chatbot designed to spread holiday cheer while showcasing my skills in conversation design.  

This project involved end-to-end design of a chatbot experience, including :

• Conversational style guide: Defined voice and tone, phrasing, and interaction principles.  

• Brand and voice guidelines: Aligned the chatbot's personality with a playful, welcoming brand identity. 

• Conversation flowchart: Mapped key users' intents and dialog paths to guide design. 

• Conversation script: Wrote and refined the full chatbot script to ensure clarity, tone consistency, and smooth transitions. 

• Chatbot prototype: Built an interactive demo using Voiceflow, allowing for testing and feedback. 

This project was a fun and effective way to apply best practices in user intent mapping, natural language flow, and tone alignment within a lighthearted theme.
