Project overview

The challenge

An automated email notification for a weekly AI-generated project summary was wordy, relied on passive text, and used a generic call to action that didn't drive user engagement.

My strategy

Include project codes and names in the subject line to improve email open rates and searchability.
Clarify asset delivery by noting that the summary is linked rather than attached.
Demystify the technology with a simple, transparent description to ease user concerns about AI.
Provide fallback support with direct links to help documentation and a contact email.
